About
Leadership Essentials is a free, eight-month ministry training program designed for high school students who are ready to lead with purpose. Through engaging, interactive teaching video sessions, participants will develop character and competence, grow as disciples, and build practical leadership skills for today’s world. The curriculum fits perfectly for youth teams or as part of a student leadership development pathway.
In addition to the eight training videos for high school students, we provide two youth worker training videos per season for use with your staff or adult volunteers.
Each video includes a downloadable, printable handout. We have also added a leader’s guide to help you set up your own leadership pathway.
