Retreat

We will have various food trucks (Meal & Dessert Options available: Ice Cream, Shaved Ice & Bubble Tea) and dining options available throughout the weekend. Stay tuned for the full list of vendors!

• Sleeping stuff (pillow, sleeping bag or blanket, and foam mat)
• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, towel, & soap)
• Clothing (enough for 3 days & check the weather before you pack)
• Running / indoor shoes
• Bible, journal, & pens
• Some extra cash for snacks, merch & Sunday lunch

All registrants (students and leaders) must pay a $50.00 deposit to confirm their registration in our system. If your group plans to fundraise or if you, as the group manager, intend to pay the remaining balance for your students, you will have until April 1 to do so.

Refund Requests before February 28: Each Ticket has a non-refundable $25 processing fee. If you request a refund prior to February 28th, 2026, you will receive a full refund, excluding the processing fee. 

Refund Requests After February 28: For any refund requests made after February 28th, a $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the amount. 

Refund Requests After April 1: If you face extenuating circumstances (e.g., the death of an immediate family member) and need to request a refund after April 1 but before April 24, please contact our office to obtain a Refund Request Form. Refund requests in these situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
